Lovely view, soundproof rooms, included wellness, helpful staff, clean and new

Nothing everything was great.

The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was situated in a beautiful location with stunning views of the mountains. The best part of our stay was the access to the spa, which we really enjoyed after a long day of skiing.

Our romantic escape was not perfect. The temperature in the room was extremely cold, and the thermostat did not work properly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely, helpful, and friendly. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the wellness area with a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Our room was clean and tidy, with a great view. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the included parking for guests.

Had an amazing xmas weekend! Loved the winter sports options! the hotel's location right next to the ski slopes and track was perfect! My room was comfy and cosy with a great view of the snowy mountains from the balcony. A delicious breakfast is served, and I especially liked the freshly baked pastries and custom-made omelettes. the spa was a highlight - clean and relaxing, with a pool, jacuzzi and sauna. the staff was friendly and helpful, with lots of recommendations for activities in the area.

The only issue was that the temperature controller in my room didn't seem to work correctly, making it too warm, and I had to open the windows several times a day to get fresh air. there were no extra towels in the room, so I had to use the same one for the spa and for drying after washing.

The hotel has a lovely view of the surrounding slopes and is spacious and clean. the staff is friendly and accommodating. the breakfast is tasty and there are plenty of facilities like saunas and pools to enjoy. the rooms have sheets and bathrobes provided, and are soundproof, making them perfect for a relaxing stay.

Some facilities are only available during certain hours and the temperature control in the rooms may not work as expected.

The rooms were functional, clean, and well-maintained, with everything in perfect working order. We were especially impressed with the balcony in one of our rooms, which provided a stunning view. The wellness area was also a highlight, as it was immaculately clean and offered a range of facilities including a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also excellent, providing easy access to nearby dining options.
